Savory Baked Asparagus and Fried Bean Curd Roll Delight
Ingredients:
½ package of Nature’s Soy Fried Bean Curd Roll
A bunch of fresh asparagus (blanched)
Teriyaki sauce for glazing
White sesame seeds
Warm water
Hot water for blanching
Instructions:
Prepare the Tofu Skin and Asparagus: Soak the fried bean curd roll in warm water until they soften and can be unfolded into sheets. Meanwhile, blanch the asparagus and salt in hot water to maintain its tender yet crisp texture.
Roll the Asparagus: Lay softened fried bean curd skin on a flat surface. Place the blanched asparagus at one end, arranging the stalks evenly, and roll tightly.
Season and Bake: Arrange the rolled asparagus and fried bean curd skin on a baking sheet. Brush each roll generously with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes until the roll skin turns golden and the asparagus is thoroughly heated through.
Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
