  • 1 pk Vegetarian Beef
  • 2 sandwich bread
  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium size white or yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 – 6 slices process cheese, white, american flavored*
  • Salt and pepper to taste, if preferred
