2 medium size green bell pepper, cut into bite size
1 medium size red bell pepper, cut into bite size
1 small to medium size onion, cut into bite size
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp corn starch, mixed with 1/4cup cold water
2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Heat vegetable oil wok or pan on high heat until the oil is hot.

2. Add garlic and cook for about 20 seconds or until garlic starts turning brown.
3. Add bell pepper and onion. Cook for about 2 minutes with occasional stiring.
4. Add vegetarian beef. Stir and cook for another 1 minute.
5. Mix the corn starch and water to homogeneous and add to wok or pan. Stir slowly until it thickens.
6. Remove from heat. Add sesame oil. Stir and serve promptly.
