Tofu Salad

  • 8 oz Nature Soy Firm Tofu, diced, washed and drained
  • 3 cup Romain lettuce (cut to bite size)
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced or diced
  • 3 tbs sesame ginger vinaigrette or asian style salad dressing (from grocery store)
  • 1 tsp crack red pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

1. Marinate diced tofu with dressing, red onion, red pepper and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
