Steel-Cut Oatmeal with Low Sugar High Fiber Soymilk
Ingredients
2 cups Nature’s Soy Low Sugar High Fiber Soymilk
2 cups water
1 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup fresh berries
1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sliced raw almonds
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring water and soy milk to a boil.

2. Add the oats, then cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes until the oats are tender.
3. Uncover and cook over moderate heat for about 3 minutes, stirring until the oatmeal is creamy.
4. Spoon the oatmeal into bowls and top with the berries, yogurt and almonds.
