Soymilk Pancakes

  • 1 cup Nature’s Soy Sweetened Soymilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tbs white sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a small bowl, mix the soy milk, egg, oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Pour the soy milk mixture into the bowl with the flour mixture, and whisk together until smooth.
