Saute Tofu Nugget

  • 8 oz Nature Soy Firm Tofu, diced, washed and drained
  • Garlic powder, preferrably granulated
  • Onion powder, or dehydrated onion flakes
  • Parsley, dry
  • Basil, dry
  • Oregano, dry
  • Cumin
  • Olive oil, extra-virgin
  • Salt

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet to hot, then set heat to medium.
