Fried Sesame Tofu with Broccoli

Ingredients

SAUCE

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

STIR FRY

  • 14oz Nature’s Soy Fried Tofu
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp neutral oil (vegetable, canola, peanut)
  • 1/2 lb frozen broccoli florets
  • 3-4 green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups cooked rice
Instructions

1. Whisk together soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and cornstarch. Stir until the brown sugar and cornstarch are dissolved.
