Easy Home-Style Tofu

Ingredients
  • Nature Soy Firm Tofu, 1 pack, diced to about 1/2″ cubes
  • Ground meat (pork, chicken, beef, or turkey): 1/4 – 1/2 LB
  • Vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken broth (canned), 1/4 cup
  • Cornstarch, 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon
  • Scallion and cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

1. Mix ground meat, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
