Recipe -> Tofu salad Dressing Base

Nature's Soy silken tofu, 1 pack
Olive oil, extra virgin, 4 - 6 tsb, depending on the fat level you preferred
Lemon juice: 1/2 cup
Water: 0 - 1/4 cup, depending on the preferred thickness
Place tofu into a bowl.
Use hand-held blender to blend to semi-homogeneous.
Add olive oil and lemon juice, continue blending till homogeneious.
While blending, add water to desired thickness.
Adjust the amount of lemon juice to your preference of tartness.
Adjust the amount of olive oil to your preference of fat level.
