Recipe -> Grilled Tofu

Ingredients:
Nature's Soy firm tofu, cut to about 2" x 2" x 1" cutlet size
Oriental style marinate (e.g. Teryaki, sesame ginger, etc)
 
Procedure:
Marinate tofu cutlets, preferrably overnight.
Start grill and heat it to hot, then lower to medium heat.
Place tofu on grill, and grill for a couple minutes each side.
Served hot, or chilled, diced, and served with salad.
