Recipe -> Tofu Salad-3

8 oz Nature Soy firm tofu, diced, washed and drained
3 cup Romain lettuce (cut to bite size)
1 cup cherry tomato, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced or diced
3 tbs olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing (from grocery store)
Dry basil, ground black pepper, oregano to taste
Marinade diced tofu with dressing, red onion and dry spices for 15 minutes.
Gently stir in lettuce, tomato, and cucumber prior to serving
