Recipe -> Tofu Salad-2

8 oz Nature Soy firm tofu, diced, washed and drained
3 cup Romain lettuce (cut to bite size)
1 cup cherry tomato, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced or diced
3 tbs sesame ginger vinaigrette or asian style salad dressing (from grocery store)
1 tsp crack red pepper
2 tsp sesame oil
Marinade diced tofu with dressing, red onion, red pepper and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
Gently stir in lettuce, tomato, and cucumber prior to serving.
