Yields
   
Ingredients:
Tomato, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Lettuce, shredded (or any salad green)
Alfa-Alfa Sprouts
Cilantro, finely chopped
Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette or any Asian style salad dressings from grocery store
Honey mustard (omit if requiring vegan product)
Ground black pepper
Processed American cheese or vegan cheese
Roasted pine nuts or sunflower seeds
Nature Soy extra firm or oriental (five spice) flavored tofu, thinly sliced with cheese slicer, or pre-sliced Tof-Deli
Tortilla wrap, 12"
 
Procedure:
Spread honey mustard on wrap.
Layer ingredients on wrap as desired.
Sprinkle black pepper and add cilantro to taste.
Top with sesame ginger vinaigrette or salad dressing.
Roll the wrap to finish preparation.
